Moodle course names will be updated to align with course designations in Workday Student. The following is a detailed breakdown of the new course names.
Changes will include:
- The former accelerated sessions lettered “B” or “C” for campus courses (if applicable) and the term designations “First” or “Second” for LSU Online courses will now be either a 1 (first half) or 2 (second half) in Moodle. Please note that this will be same for campus and online degree program courses. Names of full academic period courses spanning both accelerated periods will not contain this number.

2025 Fall 1 ACCT 2001 for Mike Tiger
2025 Fall 2 ACCT 2002 for Mike Tiger
2025 Fall ACCT 2001 for Mike Tiger - Courses with online delivery will end with a designation of either “Web-Based” for campus degree programs or “Online” for LSU Online degree programs. Campus courses with no online delivery will not have this designation.

2025 Summer 1 ENGL 1001 for Mike Tiger (Web-Based)
2025 Summer 1 ENGL 1001E for Mike Tiger (Online)
2025 Summer 1 ENGL 1001 for Mike Tiger - Separate Moodle course shells will be created for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the same course section. Graduate shells will have a “G” designation after the course number.

2025 Fall 1 ACCT 4001G for Mike Tiger (Web-Based)
2025 Fall 1 ACCT 4001GE for Mike Tiger (Online) - The course number for LSU Online courses will be followed by an “E” designation.
